Overnight crimes

Good morning,

There has been a theft of motor vehicle and an attempted burglary reported.

On 08/01/26 between 1730-1845 hrs a white Mercedes Sprinter van vrm PO18 WMG was stolen in Burntwood Avenue by suspect(s) unknown.

On 10/01/26 at approximately 1840hrs suspects attempted to break into an address in Wiltshire Avenue by forcing the front door only to be disturbed by occupants who were in at the time. The suspects, who were wearing balaclavas, made off and were seen to get into a dark coloured estate car (make and model unknown) parked up near to the junction with Denbigh Close.
